Setup & Running Costs

What this site runs on, and what it costs — for whoever's paying the bills.

Dollar figures and renewal dates below are estimates/placeholders — I (Claude) don't have access to your actual billing accounts, so I can't read real prices or renewal dates off them. Check each provider's dashboard and edit this file (setup/index.html) directly, or tell Claude the real numbers next time and it'll update this page for you.

Not a cost for this project

AzureVenom BBT's existing point-of-sale/inventory database — the automation queries it for weekly data refreshes, but it's an existing internal system, not something this project pays for separately.
Passwords and 2FA codes are NOT stored on this page — only usernames/emails, which can't log into anything on their own. Actual passwords live in: [fill in once you've set one up — e.g. "1Password, BBT Infra vault"]. 2FA is [on / not yet set up] for each of these accounts — turning it on is the single biggest security upgrade available here.
