Setup & Running Costs
What this site runs on, and what it costs — for whoever's paying the bills.
Dollar figures and renewal dates below are estimates/placeholders — I (Claude) don't have access to your actual billing accounts, so I can't read real prices or renewal dates off them. Check each provider's dashboard and edit this file (
setup/index.html) directly, or tell Claude the real numbers next time and it'll update this page for you.

| Service | What it's for | Login / Account | Est. Cost | Renews |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Porkbundomain registrar | Registered the bigbrandtire.report domain. Nameservers point at Cloudflare, which handles actual DNS. |
sethjrobinson | $20.08/yr | Annually — next renewal 2027-08-24 |
| CloudflarePages + DNS + Access |
Pages: static hosting, auto-deploys this repo on every push to main.DNS: resolves the Porkbun domain. Access (Zero Trust): restricts the whole site to @bigbrandtire.com logins, team bbtreports.
|
seth@bigbrandtire.com via Google SSO — no separate password | $0 (Free plan covers this at current scale) | N/A on Free plan — re-check if usage ever needs a paid tier |
| GitHubsource control | Repo sethrobinsonbbt/majco.report — every dashboard's code and (for Margin) its committed data lives here. Cloudflare Pages deploys straight from it. |
seth@bigbrandtire.com org/handle: sethrobinsonbbt | $0 if on GitHub Free (unlimited private repos) — verify account plan | Monthly/annually only if on a paid org plan |
Not a cost for this project
| AzureVenom | BBT's existing point-of-sale/inventory database — the automation queries it for weekly data refreshes, but it's an existing internal system, not something this project pays for separately. |
Passwords and 2FA codes are NOT stored on this page — only usernames/emails, which can't log
into anything on their own. Actual passwords live in:
[fill in once you've set one up — e.g. "1Password, BBT Infra vault"].
2FA is [on / not yet set up] for each of these accounts — turning it on
is the single biggest security upgrade available here.
